Eagle Rock Enterprises Inc. (EREI) is a holding company consisting of multiple business segments related to the food and beverage industry.  The foundation is derived from the various blind organizations that have first rights to the vending and food service in all federal and state buildings, airports, postal facilities, and military bases.  Eagle Rock Enterprises developed a national buying co-op (National Blind Enterprise Co-op) to fill the need of the thousands of visually impaired business people who were purchasing food and beverages individually at higher prices than were called for based on their total volume. 

As EREI penetrated the many federal and state organizations, and met the leadership of the blind merchants and Randolph Sheppard, it became obvious that 3,000 blind vendors could not manage the hundreds of thousands of locations.  In most states, a blind merchant is limited to one location, thus leaving many locations without management.  This opened up the market to EREI allowing us to bring our companies large vending and food service (cafeterias) businesses to train and manage until a visually impaired person becomes capable.  EREI will still provide all foods, beverages, and services after training is completed. 

The short term (one year) potential is in the hundreds of millions in revenues.  Longer term (3-5 years), this segment will be a multi-billion dollar category.  The profits due to mass purchases, rebates from major manufacturers (already in place), and synergies from tie-in partners such as custodial companies to service these locations is proportionate to the revenue growth.

EREI’s strategy is to let these owner-operators who have withstood this economic cycle in good shape, continue their business plan, with guidance and financial support from the corporation.  Our purchasing power, marketing skills, and complimentary businesses will generate efficiencies and increase revenues for these firms.

EREI was created because of a multi-billion dollar potential with the Federal and State governments and their blind merchants program.  This led to relationships with large food and beverage manufacturers and distributors.  In turn, many of these well run organizations desired to be part of the larger entity, EREI.

 This process is unique in its core development as it is being achieved through friendly mergers rather than unfriendly takeovers.

Mediatechnics Corporation (the "Company"), is the parent company of three subsidiary Corporations, each with their own professional management team with extensive backgrounds in finance, manufacturing, marketing and distribution.

At Mediatechnics, where sales continue to grow, we intend to combine our experience, position as a market leader and the technological know-how of our team of professionals, technology licenses and cross licenses with other outside companies and individuals to develop new data storage technologies to propel the company to new heights.

PP365.Com has been in business for the past 10 years. On the technical side they primarily are engaged in information technology sector. They specialize in peer to peer technology, they deploy Java and run a PHP database. They also offer a 3D Internet Game. The 3D game is currently being offered on a non exclusive basis by its Korean manufacturer and developer, however PP365 through MONA has negotiated a first right of refusal to become 3D Guo Game sole and exclusive carrier.

The New Asia Gold Corporation project is located close to the east coast of the Province of East Kalimantan, Republic of Indonesia. Kalimantan is the Indonesian part of the island of Borneo. The prospect area is located approximately 1 hour by boat from Nunukan, a well serviced Regency capital, which can be reached by commercial airlines from Jakarta.
